Muggswigz Coffee and Tea Portfolio
During my time at Muggswigz Coffee and Tea Co., I’ve taken on a wide range of administrative responsibilities including bookkeeping, inventory management, and interviewing prospective baristas. Alongside these core duties, I’ve also had the opportunity to work on projects that align with my passion for marketing and social media. Some of those creative projects are showcased here in my portfolio.
Ohio Barista Champs
One of my main projects has been building the presence of Ohio Barista Champs, an organization that connects baristas across the state through competitions and community events. While the competitions have been on pause since 2020, we are actively working to relaunch them, starting with strengthening our social media presence.
When I began working on the project in June, the Facebook page had about 25 followers; since then, we’ve doubled that number. I also launched a new Instagram account, where I create and share regular content to grow our audience. Most recently, I introduced a Barista Spotlight campaign, where baristas from around Ohio can submit a form to be featured on our platforms. This initiative has already boosted both engagement and follower growth, and continues to build excitement for the return of competitions.
